I bought an Audi Q5 off Hiline Motors. I bought it from looking at the website (not something I would normally do), but spoke with Adam, who provided the registration and VIN number over the phone so I could check the vehicle on the Audi App and Carvertical, all returned good. Adam and the rest of the team at Hiline were honest and straight. The car has been a good purchase and I would buy again from Hiline.

Absolutely amazing experience from Adam and his team. In all my years I don't think I've come across an establishment who genuinely puts their customers first. There was no hard sell, communication was excellent, I was picked up from the train station at the allocated time. I was offered refreshments, test drive as long as I want, and it was an extremely smooth transaction. Even when the deal was done and I signed on the dotted line, when Adam knew it was my birthday he gave me a little cashback as a gift. I was touched beyond words. They even messaged the next day to ensure I got home OK and how the drive was. I will definitely be buying all future cars from there and definitely recommend him to all. Thank you Adam.

As a mature driver and have had 40+ cars in my life I have to say Hiline Motors have been by far a company that definitely sell amazing cars there attitude and willingness to help and make sure the customer is happy is second to none. I actually came upon them by chance but as soon as I arrived and looked at the high standard of cars and how they are meticulously presented within minutes I knew I had found my ideal car, no rush no hard sell like main dealership which was a blessing, Adam even got fitted optional extras which I asked and it was virtually free Hiline is a company that I trust a will always go that extra mile even put fuel for me to drive back to Droitwich Spa My son is looking for a new car and Hiline is where we will be going Forget main dealership, rude and unprofessional I even had a callback to ask if I was happy. A positive experience when purchasing a car from Hiline Motors. We were left to view the car in our own time, able to take for test drive. No pressure. Very accommodating. Open and honest. I picked up the new car 2 weeks ago, great car, no issues. Really pleased. Ish went out of his way to sort me a parcelshelf too ! Only one thing I would kindly recommend to improve on…the cleanliness of the inside of the car on collection. The outside and paintwork was worked and we were really pleased with this. But the inside was disappointing. But overall, great buying experience. We will use them again Thanks Amy B
