I saw a Mercedes C220d that I liked on Autotrader and having read the reviews, contacted Hiline Motors to see if it was still available. When I visited to view the car, I was impressed that I was left alone to view it; there was no hard sell tactics at all. Hiline Motors have got quality cars sold at a great prices.Don't expect to haggle or try to negotiate a better deal - they are confident that you won't find a car they have to offer at a better price anywhere and from my extensive searches, I think they are right. From start to finish, the whole process was straight forward and smooth. Trouble free and I drove home in an immaculate car that I love.

Bought Mercedes cla, guys were all friendly but not pushy from start to end.. manager couldn't do enough to make sure I was comfortable and ok, lone woman left for hours trying to sort payment! Stayed open late to make sure I could drive my new car away same day! Even delivered my old banger home free of charge a day later, helped me sort tax etc, cant fault these guys, if you're a serious buyer they will do good 😀 would definitely be back for next car!!!

Thank you Hiline Motors for the entire process. I sincerely am grateful to Adam for all the help he gave, he was very patient and understanding with any concerns or questions I had about the vehicle. Even though there were some delays, due to the long Bank Holiday weekend in April 2023 - Adam was able to expedite the process and prioritise the vehicle I was purchasing. Thank you again. When I came to collect, Adam and his team were very welcoming and even though I kept insisting no - Adam even ordered food for me to eat with them. That was a very nice gesture, first time I experienced this from a dealership. Things like this go a long way. Thank you Adam for the entire process, I truly am grateful for this.
