Hi Line Motors communication over the phone is fantastic. The vehicle matched the description on their advert. I experienced adequate opportunity to inspect the car without undue pressure or influence. They answered the questions that I had to my satisfaction. Their warranty provided on the car is good and gives the buyer peace of mind. Their premises/showroom is clean and welcoming and well lit if a customer views a car when it’s dark. I would definitely be buying again from them.

I recently purchased a Land Rover Discovery from Hiline Motors, having narrowed down my search on Autotrader. I have been driving for over 25 years and this is (I think!) the twelfth vehicle I’ve bought; this experience was - by far - the easiest and least stressful to date and I felt entirely at ease throughout, including when collecting alone. Adam and Team are knowledgable about the cars on sale, and allowed my husband and I to browse with no pressurising sales tactics at all, and instead the offer of water or coca cola at various points. I test drove two cars and stuck with my original choice. Within the cost, a few minor marks on the vehicle were removed and it looks spotless; I was able to collect within just a few days. The Team also arranged for me to have an additional immobiliser fitted at a competitive price on collection day. I found that Adam and Team not only created a relaxed purchasing environment, but also to be very down to earth, genuine and honest people. I enjoyed our conversations and the experience as a whole, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Hiline Motors. Am sure we’ll be back next time we are ready to change cars! Thank you.

When I visited to view the car, I was impressed that I was left alone to view it; there was no hard sell tactics at all. Hiline Motors have got quality cars sold at a great prices.Don't expect to haggle or try to negotiate a better deal - they are confident that you won't find a car they have to offer at a better price anywhere and from my extensive searches, I think they are right. From start to finish, the whole process was straight forward and smooth. Trouble free and I drove home in an immaculate car that I love.

Bought Mercedes cla, guys were all friendly but not pushy from start to end.. manager couldn't do enough to make sure I was comfortable and ok, lone woman left for hours trying to sort payment! Stayed open late to make sure I could drive my new car away same day! Even delivered my old banger home free of charge a day later, helped me sort tax etc, cant fault these guys, if you're a serious buyer they will do good 😀 would definitely be back for next car!!!
