Recently bought my car from Hiline motors and so far so good, absolutely love the car, finally I have some joy when driving again. just a fantastic service from the guys at Hiline motors, felt very welcome, open and honest and cannot fault their hospitality. As we had travelled 3 hours to buy the car, we had decided that we wanted to visit the city centre, to avoid worrying about finding somewhere to park with my new car they even dropped us off and picked us up once we had finished shopping. great service.

I was hesitant coming to Hiline Motors at first because of my bad experience at other private car companies. However, my experience was amazing they reassured me at every step of the way made me feel extremely comfortable and was super accommodating to my needs. They did not pressure me and allowed me to take my time deciding which is very important when making a big purchase. I would definitely recommend this company they had great customer service and was extremely professional every step of the way!

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! Do not buy a car from this company, bought a Mercedes cla with faulty breaks then the engine management light came up, costing me thousands and now they’re refusing to pay. Do not buy a car from here

Hi, we are sorry you are having a bad experience but we’ve spoken several times regards to brakes as we don’t cover this as it’s classed as wear and tear especially with that sort of mileage, further more the brakes weren’t faulty they was just low so they needed replacing just to correct you and you had they replaced, also you did come down onsite and check the car prior to purchase and had taken the car for a test drive and was all happy, we can agree an engine light did pop up but we’d advised to take it to a local garage that you did and had the work carried out that cost £145 to fix that we have evidence off and we contributed towards and had the issue sorted straight away without no hassle, so we can confirm you spending thousands of pounds that you claim you spent and us as a company refused to pay is a absolute lie and also have photo evidence. Please if your going to write a review at lest tell the public the truth. Kind regards

Called up regarding an Audi A5 for my partner. Came late afternoon and car was ready for view and test drive. All documents upto date. Threw in original floor mats which was amazing. The reason why I bought fairly cheap (yet unique, beautiful and fast car) from them, and they don't usually sell cars that cheap, was that I suspected there must be a reason why they even have it in the first place. I was not wrong. The car is unbelievable, though I just bought yesterday and surprises may be yet to come... The great thing is - I don't expect them after witnessing how they run their business! Overall vibe is very professional yet very cosy and coming out of passion. After multiple attempts to convince me to have a fanta, I couldn't keep saying no forever, could I ? I drove away home with a clean, fresh and incredibly feel-good kind of a car. Feels like a new car even though it's half my age ! 🙊 any questions I had were adressed, and Julian's extra help is very much appreciated ! the man had a very proactive approach, simply incredible.. Well, from the not so good side of things, Chexk Engine litten up after couple of miles and stays on. It's ok though, we're all adults and it's not like it's the end of the world, is it? Nothing feels wrong anyway. And if it changes - I'm convinced by HiLine that I'm welcome to visit again and have a chat about it !

Can’t express in words how helpful these people were. From the first phone call up to collecting the vehicle I felt support all the way through. Really enjoyed to see a young man like Adam to be so considerate and helpful. Picket up from train station, offered drinks and lunch while paperwork was being arranged and the main thing the reasonableness in price. Thank you soo much, people please this is not a fake review.
