I purchased a Volkswagen Golf from hiline motors a few weeks ago, and I’m exceptionally pleased with how well they deal with customers needs, I had an issue with the car and they were more than happy to help and rectify this for me as it was under their warranty unlike many of the other garages I’ve gone to, made me feel very welcome and I couldn’t recommend them enough !!amazing customer service aswell as offering the best prices for reliable cars in Birmingham!

I purchased a vehicle a few months ago from hiline motors. I was really satisfied with the vehicle and the condition. In addition the staff where really welcoming , they offered me food at the premises and are really genuine people. Great service from the guys at Hiline Motors - I bought a 2015 Mercedes E-class and had the alloys refurbished as part of the agreed price and they look great. Adam and Marko made me feel comfortable as soon as I arrived and I took the car for a test drive and put a deposit down. Nice communication on WhatsApp with quick replies. I have since put about 700 miles on the car and it's perfect - engine runs smooth and I'm very happy with it. Would definitely consider returning to purchase other vehicles in the future.
