Bought Mercedes cla, guys were all friendly but not pushy from start to end.. manager couldn't do enough to make sure I was comfortable and ok, lone woman left for hours trying to sort payment! Stayed open late to make sure I could drive my new car away same day! Even delivered my old banger home free of charge a day later, helped me sort tax etc, cant fault these guys, if you're a serious buyer they will do good 😀 would definitely be back for next car!!!

Thank you Hiline Motors for the entire process. I sincerely am grateful to Adam for all the help he gave, he was very patient and understanding with any concerns or questions I had about the vehicle. Even though there were some delays, due to the long Bank Holiday weekend in April 2023 - Adam was able to expedite the process and prioritise the vehicle I was purchasing. Thank you again. When I came to collect, Adam and his team were very welcoming and even though I kept insisting no - Adam even ordered food for me to eat with them. That was a very nice gesture, first time I experienced this from a dealership. Things like this go a long way. Thank you Adam for the entire process, I truly am grateful for this. I really would recommend Hiline Motors to anyone, they have great high/mid end vehicles and they really do take care of their customers. Customer service was second to none!
