Brilliant Service from Marco and the boys.. Honest and straight forward. Bought a VW Golf GTD from HILINE MOTORS and it’s been stunning. They had it up for a reasonable price and was exactly as described in the ad. Highly recommended company.

Like me you are probably very apprehensive about buying a car from a dealer not so much from a main agent, well I have purchased well over a dozen cars from main dealers and small independent car showrooms over the years but I can categorical say Hiline Motors are one of the best I have dealt with, from the 1st call seeing if the car was still available to the day I viewed the car, totally hassle free, when I arrived the 2 guys showed me the car and gave me the keys, no pressure sales talk just a good understanding and knowledge of that partial car. Test drive was not an issue with distance and the way I drove it was never going to be a problem, offered me a reasonable part ex which was not set in the price and said if you sell it private fair enough if you don’t bring it to collect the new car and we will still take it, you don’t get that from your normal car dealer, I must have been at the showroom for several hours before I decided, not a pressure sale talk to be heard. I would full recommend these guys. I have had the car a few days now covering almost 400 miles and it 's faultless.

Waste of space, called to enquire about A Audi RS6 Avant, seller did not know if the vehicle had a service history with it, it was a cat n vehicle when I asked about the damage, seller replied he wasn't sure but thought it was low flooding issue, he then made an excuse to end the call and said he would phone me straight back, which never happened, go somewhere else and save yourself any hassle.

These people are just the best. I've bought many cars in my time but my purchase from HiLine was the easiest best value and simplest of all. Friendly, helpful but no pressure. They want to make sure you are happy with your purchase. I had researched the car I wanted with other dealers and HiLine were around £1k cheaper than competitors. Shout out for Adam. Next car I buy I will definitely head back to HiLine. I highly recommend them.

From the initial enquiry to collecting the car the level of service was top class from these guy'sAdam took the time to send us comprehensive videos of the car inside and out so we had a good idea of the cars condition, On collection of the car all the staff were very helpful and nothing was to much trouble.Well deserved 5 stars!

We drove from Manchester to Birmingham to view our car, these guys were AMAZING from start to finish. Was very helpful and couldn’t do enough to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Did not rush us and let us spend as much time as we needed to make the decision to buy the car. Very kind and friendly people and I would make sure I went to them for every car purchase in future. Went to view a vehicle called them before making a move was told the car is running fine .. got there car has a very obvious misfire and smoking like hell.. drove it and no power.. dishonesty waste of time

You need to be wary of this dealer. Paid a £200 deposit for a car which has been damaged and repaired but does not have a CAT marker on it. They are claiming this information was posted in their ad text, I say it was not there when I agreed to buy the car. I have proof the ad was changed but cannot prove the ad text was or was not changed. Regardless, it relies on a buyer reading deep into the ad text to find this information. I also bought this car at a distance and had yet to see it. Even if you are sympathetic to them, I have distance selling rights which this dealer is refusing to adhere to resulting in me going through a small claims process which is all entirely unnecessary for £200.
