I visited HiLine Motors to purchase a Volkswagen Passat GTE. I called a day before coming to view the car, and Adam accommodated my early arrival from Manchester by opening up an hour early to make sure I could view the car early and get back home in time for some occupations. Adam and the team spent a good few hours speaking to me like a friend and talking me through everything with the car and aftersales. They answered all my questions and made sure I was completely satisfied with everything before they let me take the car. What stood out for me was the honesty throughout the sales process, and commitment to making sure the customer has no doubts at all. I would 100% recommend HiLine motors and will definitely reuse them in future. They do better as a smaller dealership compared to bigger companies who just want your money.
