Purchased an X5 with Hiline motors calls answered and returned good communication Straight forward and honest Would buy again Just a shame I never got to enjoy my X5 I hired a company to deliver it Regrettably, during transit on the A55 near Rhuallt at approximately 1:40 PM, the vehicle was involved in an accident. The X5 detached from the trailer and rolled over, resulting in its total loss.

The service from Hiline motors was excellent. I’m very picky so they ensure I have a good look at all the cars that I was interested in. They let me know you can visit again if you’re unsure but after the first viewing I knew that the car I was going to purchase will be from Hiline motors and it was. I purchased the Audi Q5 in white.

I purchased my daughters first car from hiline motors, I was really impressed with the service they provided. Adam serviced the car and put a fresh 12 months mot on for us which gave us more reassurance. On the mot a advisory had popped up for the brake pads and they replaced them without having to ask. I bought it from looking at the website (not something I would normally do), but spoke with Adam, who provided the registration and VIN number over the phone so I could check the vehicle on the Audi App and Carvertical, all returned good.
