Their warranty provided on the car is good and gives the buyer peace of mind. Their premises/showroom is clean and welcoming and well lit if a customer views a car when it’s dark. I recently purchased a Land Rover Discovery from Hiline Motors, having narrowed down my search on Autotrader. I have been driving for over 25 years and this is (I think!) the twelfth vehicle I’ve bought; this experience was - by far - the easiest and least stressful to date and I felt entirely at ease throughout, including when collecting alone. Adam and Team are knowledgable about the cars on sale, and allowed my husband and I to browse with no pressurising sales tactics at all, and instead the offer of water or coca cola at various points. I test drove two cars and stuck with my original choice. Within the cost, a few minor marks on the vehicle were removed and it looks spotless; I was able to collect within just a few days. The Team also arranged for me to have an additional immobiliser fitted at a competitive price on collection day. I found that Adam and Team not only created a relaxed purchasing environment, but also to be very down to earth, genuine and honest people. I enjoyed our conversations and the experience as a whole, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Hiline Motors. Am sure we’ll be back next time we are ready to change cars! Thank you.
