Great people to deal with, great customer service and very helpful. Needed the car for a certain day and they pushed it forward in their preparation line to accommodate. Car was absolutely perfect just like the rest in their fleet. Highly recommended.

Not serious people to work with. Paid deposit for a car credit accepted supposed to go for the car and received a phone that the car was sold. I don’t recommend this seller at all. Waste of time

Customer comes to view a car complains that’s the issues with engine to try get a big discount doesn’t leave a deposit days later gets his accountant to call to discuss discount first come first served pal you left deposit when car was sold to some one else to late appoligies next time be fast not last

Appears to be somewhat dishonest, i made an offer on and advertised car, and the ad suddennly dissappeared within the hour. Looks like they advertise cars at a great price to lure customers in. Buyer beware if they use these tactics!

Enquired about a C250 over the phone, I got told there was full Mercedes’ service history which I found out once I travelled 2 hours was a total lie, the owner tried making excuses but it was clearly obvious he was lying. There were multiple lies from the owner, also the vehicle had no logbook when I came to purchase it. I ended up walking away as there was a list of lies which would be too long to type on here. All in all a very bad experience and warn others to stay away.

Hi Billy, thanks for coming down to view the vehicle it was a genuine mistake as we have 2 Mercedes c class coupes 2018 in stock as I explained when you came down on site.One of them that I thought you were going to purchase had full Mercedes service history and the other vehicle had full service history from a independent garage. It was genuine mistake and thought I lied through out the sale as the vehicle sells for its self its a 1 owner vehicle with service history from 1 garage throughout its past. You weren’t to happy and I even offer to pay for your fuel for wasting your time and said if you doubt the vehicle by 1% don’t purchase the vehicle. We want all our customers to be 100% when going through a deal at HILINE motors as we don’t feel satisfied selling you the vehicle and also regarding the logbook situation we had the new keeps green slip page that we’ve been handed down from a main mecedes dealership where we’d purchased the vehicle from and due to lack of knowledge you must have thought there was something wrong with that.
