Firstly, what a most professional establishment this is. I purchased a VW Golf from Hiline motors on behalf of my daughter. I viewed the car Monday and Sul was most helpful, I noticed some scuffs on the bumper and a few marks around the car, I was told he would get the bumper resprayed but he could do all panels as it was wear and tare on the age of the vehicle, to which I agreed. I left a small deposit and was told the car would be ready by the weekend, I got a phone call on Saturday off the boss Adam, telling me the car was ready, we arranged to collect it on Sunday. Upon arriving to collect the car, they had also carried out work on some of the other marks on the car FOC, they also discovered a faulty window switch which they also fixed, brilliant. Whilst driving the car home, a engine management light came on, arriving home I phoned Adam, he told me he wasn’t happy, it’s not how they run their business, knowing my daughter was away on holiday for the week, he’s arranged to get the car picked up and repaired, you won’t get many car dealers offering that kind of service, very happy with all the service provided, thanks guys, I’m sure I’ll be back to purchase again in the future.
